We currently use Australia Post for all deliveries, TNT express for all urgent orders and delivery. Shipping can take anywhere from 3-14 days (within Australia) from dispatch. Delivery time varies depending on where you are located and the product ordered. We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (Australia wide only) on all products.

Our FREE standard delivery includes tracking Australia wide however does not require a signature. If you require a signature upon delivery, please choose TNT shipping option when ordering. By choosing the FREE standard shipping option, you agree to your order being left in a safe place by the driver without notification.

TNT delivery is available for an additional cost and includes overnight delivery (where available) and tracking. It does not include a signature on delivery. The TNT delivery does not shorten the production time – As all products are made to order, the standard required time to produce your order will remain the same. Your order will be sent by TNT when it’s ready for dispatch. Pls. select required production time during order process from the dropdown menu.

We ship all products worldwide. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. Standard worldwide shipping includes tracking on all items apart from prints. Delivery can take up to 3 weeks depending on the destination country.

International buyers are liable for any customs and import taxes that may incur. All countries regulations and taxes will vary. We are not responsible for delays due to items being held in customs for any extent of time.

You will be notified if your delivery is returned to us and an additional shipping cost will be required before your order is shipped again if:

Your delivery wasn’t collected from local post office or delivery centre.
You refused to pay customs duty.
An incorrect shipping address has been supplied to us.
Australia Post DOES NOT offer a fragile service. Whilst we take every care in packaging your order, we are NOT responsible or liable for any breakages, damage or lost items during the delivery process.
